No garantor needed, a guarantee will be asked prior arrival to secure your place. This guarantee will be given back at the end of your lease
What is inlcuded in this rent
Electricity, water, heating, fiber-wifi, cleaning twice a month common areas and bathrooms, visitor parking, access to laundry room (2 towers), storage box for all tenants (luggages only).
How about the rent?
The rent is always paid for the three upcoming months.Â
Do I need insurance?
Yes, you need to provide a copy of your responsability civile if you are swiss. If you are foreigners, you need to privde a copy of your insurance from school.Â
Can I rent a parking too?
